Location: Westerham, Kent (Hybrid)

Salary: £35K - £42K p.a.

Our Client is a leading multi-disciplinary architectural practice focused on creating sustainable and award-winning environments for public and private sectors.

They are looking for a Senior Project Architectural Technologist to join their team.



The Role:

You will lead medium-sized projects from Stage 3 onwards, collaborating with Associates, Associate Directors, and project architects.

Responsibilities:

? Investigate project factors, client requirements, surveys, and regulatory needs.
? Produce information for submissions and design proposals.
? Prepare detailed design proposals and manage the internal project team.
? Coordinate with the wider design team as the Design Leader.
? Collate and organise technical information.
? Review and incorporate strategies from Acoustic and Fire reports.
? Prepare construction specifications and statutory approval documents.
? Conduct site visits, respond to queries, and prepare documentation for the Contractor.


Requirements:

? 3+ years UK experience in a similar role.
? Proficient in ArchiCAD and BIM software.
? UK Driving License and access to a car.
? Experience in medium to large-scale residential and/or educational projects preferred.
