My Client is a fully-fledged Sub Contract Electronic Manufacturer supplying products to a diverse customer base. They now require a SMT Team Leader to work within their Production site in Shefford, Bedfordshire.

The successful candidate for the SMT Team Leader job based in Shefford, Bedfordshire will have a strong background in, SMT, PCB and Final Product Assembly processes and techniques, have a good knowledge of modern manufacturing techniques including, OPF, Lean and 5S, also have a relevant degree or equivalent qualifications and also a strong working knowledge of electronic assembly and processes including IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001. Ideally you will have experience leading a team and working with SMT machines and strong man-management skills.
