Information Security Consultant An exceptional opportunity to work for a leading Bank, we are urgently looking for Information Security Consultant contribute to an enterprise level Digital Transformation Programme.The client is currently seeking a dynamic experienced Information Security Consultant/ Officer who shares our passion for designing secure, innovative, and pragmatic solutions.
This individual will play a pivotal role in delivering our exciting Technology Transformation, contributing to exceptional support for our clients Global organisation.

As we embark on a Technology Transformation journey, with a focus on adopting cutting-edge cloud-based solutions, this role will be instrumental in successfully implementing and driving that transformation forward. Your responsibilities will include:
You will effectively translate business objectives and risk management strategies into specific security processes enabled by security technologies and services.Developing and managing security controlsTrack developments and changes in the digital business and threat environments to ensure that they are adequately addressed in security strategy plansParticipate in application and infrastructure projects to provide security planning adviceDraft security procedures and standards to be reviewed and approved by exec managementConduct vulnerability assessments and other security reviews of systems and prioritise remediation based on the risk profile
Key skills and competencies:
10+ years’ experience in Information SecurityExperience working for an financial services organisationIT governance, risk management & compliance (GRC)Cloud technologyDigital TransformationCyber Security, Architectural, Technical & Engineering experienceExceptional communication skills with diverse audiencesStrong leadership, project and influencing skillsDemonstrated ability to identify risks associated with business processes, operations, information security programs and tech projectsSolid understanding of Data Protection, Risk, Compliance in a highly regulatory environmentAdvanced knowledge of security frameworks such as CISSP, CRA, IDRM, CISM, NIST, ISF, SABSA, ISO27001, COBIT etc.
