GENERAL MANAGER – High-profile venueLocation: Marrakesh, MoroccoSalary: €40,000 - 50,000 basic + benefitsLate night venue with restaurant, bar and live entertainment.High-volume and Quality experience  French and English fluencyWe are looking for an experienced general manager to join the team of this International Hospitality Group.

This very dynamic and professional group is looking for a really passionate individual that will lead the team to success.As General Manager you will have full accountability over the results (operation, procedures, financial, customer satisfaction, etc), your team and the growth of the business.We are seeking a strong operator with vision and strategic mind that will motivate and develop a passionate team and bring success to the Venue.THE VENUE:

THE ROLE:
The role would suit a General Manager with a background in trendy / fast-paced / top service / high-end casual atmosphere venueYou must have a proven track record, commercial mind, 360° operational understanding and a strong financial experienceThis is a high-volume venue and the General Manager needs to be at the top of their game.Maintaining high levels of service and leading a large team across the operationsYou will have full accountability for your operational and financial resultsLate-night venue with live entertainment experience is a great asset
THE PERSON:
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a similar position and style restaurantNeeds to be polished, enthusiastic and work to high standardsDynamic and outgoing personalityWork in a professional yet friendly mannerBe a team player and assist where requiredHave good communication skills and be able to liaise with the teamMust understand Marrakesh market
