Head Housekeeper

We are looking for an experienced Head Housekeeper for our client based in Berkshire.

The successful candidate must have hotel housekeeping experience.
Our client prides themselves in offering luxury accommodation to their clients.

Offering both short term and long term lets.

It is important to them that all guests receive an attentive service, whilst being made to feel at home in a comfortable and luxurious setting.
As the Head of Housekeeping you will be responsible for a team of 10 – 15 housekeepers, who work in pairs to clean 4/5 units a day.

It is important that all accommodation units are cleaned to a high specification and that daily spot checks are carried out to ensure that the companies high standards are kept too.
Your role will involve, but is not limited too;

Maintaining a friendly and positive relationship with your team
Arranging your staffs cleaning schedule, to ensure that cleaning duties are distributed evenly
Be fully COSH trained and ensure that all staff have the correct training.

Identifying any training needs,
Observe all health, safety, hygiene regulations
Carry our regular spot checks to ensure cleaning targets are met
Assist with cleaning duties if required
Report any faults/repair work

This is a weekday position from 8.30am – 5pm.

The successful Head Housekeeper must drive as the role will mean travelling between different accommodation units.
The position includes 28 days holiday and a company pension.
