Business Support Manager Duties:
Business support to the development team including research, analytics, negotiations, contracts etcProject Management supportCalendar management for executivesAid executive in preparing for meetingsResponding to emails and document requests on behalf of executivesDraft slides, meeting notes and documents for executivesRelationship management: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, clients and partnersScreening and prioritizing incoming phone calls, requests and follow ups and assisting the Director's personal commitments as neededIdeal Candidate for this Business Support role must have:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceMinimum 2 years of administrative experience and / project management experienceAdvanced Google Suite experience (GMail, calendar, docs, etc.)Proficient in MS Office, Zoom and MS TeamsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience in managing multiple priorities, diary management, administrative coordination and logisticsWell-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsGet in touch: michelle@corecruitment.com
