Corporate Solicitor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a junior Corporate Solicitor to join a leading national firm in their Leeds city centre office.
Our client is a well-established firm that has built a practice based on offering the best advice which has resulted in repeat business from clients in the private and public sectors which gives them a really robust base.
As part of a national team you will be working on a broad ranging caseload of corporate matters involving SME/OMB work.

You will be working alongside the partner who will be leading the development of corporate work in Yorkshire and so will be able to make a name for yourself in the market from the early stages of your career.

There will also be the chance to work with other departments within the firm giving you exposure to first rate solicitors who you can learn from that have experience of working at the highest level of firms in senior roles.
This Corporate Solicitor role would really suit an ambitious person dedicated to developing their career within this area of Law.

It will give the successful candidate, who may not be ready to run an expansion project themselves just yet, the ability to be a key part in the development of something new and access to a wider range of work and clients as they do this.

Strong technical skills are highly desired but more so is the drive and work ethic required for the candidate to fit it in the team and be able to thrive in this role.


The successful candidate should have between 1 to 6 years experience, however, this level of experience has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this bracket.
