Salary: £32,000 + Excellent Benefits

Our client is a leading early years organisation committed to exceptional childcare and development.

You will be joining as Deputy Manager to help launch and manage our client"s new nursery.

Flexible four or five-day week.

Responsibilities:

? Cultivate a culture of reflection and quality.
? Support staff recruitment and retention.
? Ensure consistent policy implementation.
? Build strong partnerships with parents.
? Develop and nurture the staff team.
? Collaborate with senior management to uphold high standards.


Requirements:

? At least 2 years of Management experience in nursery
? NNEB, CACHE level 3, NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
? BA (Hons) or EYP advantageous.
? Relevant supervisory experience.
