About the Role We are seeking a highly capable ServiceNow Solutions Consultant to join a dynamic and collaborative team working in Cape Town, South Africa. This is a senior-level, hands-on consulting role focused on the implementation and optimisation of key ServiceNow modules, including ITSM Pro, ITOM (Discovery), HRSD, APM, and SPM. You will act as a trusted advisor, working at the intersection of business needs and technical capability, translating client objectives into best-in-class ServiceNow solutions. The role is suited to someone who can build strong stakeholder relationships, drive value through effective solution design, and contribute meaningfully to high-quality ServiceNow project delivery.
