Nights Team Leader

My Client in Birkehead are looking for a Team leader to work on permanent nights

12 hour shift
Night shift
No weekends
Overtime

Duties
1.

Ensure that all Health & Safety aspects are in line with legislation and company expectations within area of responsibility.
2.

Perform line clearance and associated procedures supporting line set up
3.

Completion and compliance with batch documentation
4.

On line checking of issued stock to work orders
5.

Monitoring and performance of in-process checks
6.

Monitoring of line performance in accordance to required outputs and quality compliance.
7.

Works order reconciliation
8.

Perform efficient line changeovers to support production plan.
9.

Ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards where applicable
10.

Ensure good housekeeping practice is maintained through effective delegation.
11.

Involvement and support of line performance improvements.
12.

Lead, manage and engage team in line with company procedures.
13.

Conduct meetings with team to ensure focus on key objectives
14.

Develop team members to maximize their potential
15.

Support training of team leaders and production operatives.
16.

Assist in the introduction of new products and procedures.
17.

To perform any other duties that are deemed to be reasonable by Senior Management
