You are very hands on and always enjoy being on the floor, ensuring the success of day-to-day operations.What you bring:
At least 2 years of experience as an assistant restaurant managerProven customer service experience as a managerStrong leadership, motivational and people skillsAcute financial management skillsFlexible availabilityAbility to connect with people and to be part of a teamTalent to empower the team and promote diversityHands on mentalityPrevious experience in a fast paced environment necessaryAmazing personalityFluent in English, Dutch is a plus
Responsibilities:
Coaching employees and assisting in their further developmentLeading the team, acting as a role model, and ensuring a positive atmosphereOrganize and supervise shiftsHiring the best staff for the restaurantSupport the manager in achieving KPI´s and action plansParticipating in the day-to-day operations and demonstrating your strong service philosophyAnalysing and responding to guest feedbackScheduling and purchasing when neededImplement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
