Job Title: Shift leader Location: Amsterdam / Utrecht, Netherlands Salary: €2,300 - €3,000 per month This sensational restaurant is looking for a Shift leader for one of their properties in Utrecht to join their team.

As a Shift Leader you will be part of the management team, so you will be supporting in daily operations and monitoring quality.

You will be the main point of contact for the team and guests.

Minimum 1 year of relevant management experience in the hospitality industry;Sufficient product knowledge, wine knowledge is an advantageFlexibility: no 9 to 5 mentality and willing to work weekend shiftsHands on mentalityProficiency in English, Dutch is a plusYou must live in the Amsterdam area
About the position:
Supporting the management team in coordinating daily operationsMonitor quality of the service and foodLead a team of 10-20 employeesAssisting the team on the floorLeading the team, acting as a role model, and ensuring a positive atmosphereClose / open the restaurant
