Established over 10 years ago, my client have a good reputation across Leicester and beyond and are looking to replace a Senior Probate Case Manager.

With over 100 staff this is an exciting time to be joining this expanding law firm.


As a Probate Fee Earner you will manage an independent caseload of probate matters, as well as:

Developing and maintaining positive client relationships
Review and approve estate accounts
Draft, collate and summarise any supporting legal and financial documentation
To work collaboratively as part of a team assisting and mentorship of paralegals
Corresponding with solicitors, courts, LR, OPG and 3rd party companies
Deal with routine and difficult enquiries effectively and efficiently and ensure that any client complaints are dealt with
Ability to be confident working independently and efficiently as you will be dealing with high value and quite complex cases.
