Job requirements: 
Qualified teacher status (QTS) and relevant experience in teaching Year 4 students Excellent knowledge of the KS2 (Year 4) curriculum, with the ability to adapt and differentiate lesson plans accordingly Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/guardiansEmpathy, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in different educational settings
