Are you an experience Senior Support Worker or Deputy Manager working within Adults residential and looking for your next step?
My client is a leading charity that supports adults who have suffered from aquired brain injuries (ABI) and is looking for a fun, dedicated and enthusiastic Deputy Manager to come and join their home in Llanelli.
Roles and Responsibilities:
To work alongside the Registered Manager supporting the overall running of the home and junior members of the team
Support the residents through their rehabilition
Create, develop, and maintain professional relationships with the residents, families, internal and external stakeholders.
Continue to support the staff in their development through training and passing along your knowledge.
Continue to support the Registered Manager to maintain compliance of CQC regulations.
Ad hoc duties when required.
What we need from you:
Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
Experience working with Adults with ABI, additional needs and/or challenging behaviours.
Driver is preferred.
Ability to work shifts including weekends
Location - Llanelli
Salary - up to £31,373
