A rare opportunity has arisen for a Conference & Banqueting Manager to join our family at the Bromley Court Hotel.
Having recently been awarded 4 star status, the Hotel boasts 113 well-appointed bedrooms with a strong occupancy level, 9 Conference and Banqueting rooms that can service 10 to 180 guests, The Garden Restaurant, two public bars and beautiful landscaped gardens.
Renowned locally as the premier Wedding venue in the area, Bromley Court Hotel enjoys a strong local following for Family Celebrations, Lunch, Sunday Lunch, Afternoon Tea and Dinner as well as being a busy events business, such as monthly Tribute Nights.
Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager, the successful candidate will be accountable for all aspects of the Conference and Banqueting operations.
Focus to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget.
Supervises all service delivery areas to ensure a consistent, high-quality service and standard is given to our guests.
Assistance in guiding and developing the team.
Must ensure sanitation and H & S standards are consistently achieved.
A full Audit process is in place.
As well as regular conference and corporate events the hotel will hold an average 50+ weddings per year.
This mix of business ensures a constant year-round trade.

The PersonThe ideal Conference and Banqueting Manager will have the following:• Experience as a deputy of Conference and Banqueting Manager.• Excellent communication skills with a passion for guest service.• Technical food and beverage knowledge to offer the required.
Service and ability to develop the rest of the team.• Management within a quality banqueting Hotel/Venue hosting similar events.• Ability to manage and motivate the team to ensure excellent service and standards delivery.
