Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: Circa £50k - £55k + Excellent Benefits

The Role:

They are seeking a Finance Manager to assist the Global CFO in overseeing daily financial operations for 2 UK companies and preparing their P&Ls and Balance Sheets.

Responsibilities:

? Oversee day-to-day operations of 2 UK entities, managing the UK Finance Team, AP Clerk, and Accounts Assistant.
? Handle month-end closing tasks, including bank reconciliations, FX reconciliations/journals, fixed assets, accruals, and prepayments.
? Manage and process Timesheet reporting for Stink Digital globally.
? Control TB/Balance Sheets of both UK entities for monthly Management Accounts, including Job Profitability.
? Report monthly management account results to MDs/CFO of both companies.
? Compile monthly employee/IR35 payroll information and send to external payroll provider.
? Prepare quarterly VAT returns and annual PSA for both UK entities.
? Prepare annual audit reports and assist CFO with ad hoc tasks.


Requirements:

? 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
? Qualified ACCA or equivalent certification.
? Previous experience in the Film/Media industry is advantageous.
? Proficient in Excel.
? Commercial and business acumen.


Working Schedule:

? Office-based on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
? Remote working on Tuesdays and Fridays.
