They are seeking an experienced Retail Architectural Technologist to join their creative team.

Play a pivotal role in designing and developing retail projects to the highest standards.

you will collaborate with architects and project managers to develop design briefs and specifications.

Responsibilities:

? Prepare accurate technical drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, etc.
? Conduct site visits for accurate assessments and measurements.
? Assist in refining design concepts, aligning with clients brand and functionality.
? Research and integrate innovative retail design solutions.
? Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations.
? Facilitate effective communication and project delivery.
? Conduct quality checks on design documentation.
? Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
? Provide valuable input during design discussions.


Requirements:

? Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in retail projects (UK-based).
? Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software
? Bachelors degree or higher in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field.
? Familiarity with UK building regulations, planning permissions, and relevant codes.
