This training programme could be for you!Our ClientA well-established family run company is looking for a welcoming a Trainee Management couple to join their amazing company with great character and a second to none company culture.

You will both be Kitchen trained and  front of house over your training They offer award winning ales and all-day food in a relaxed and friendly environment.

If successful, they offer a competitive salary package with a bonus incentive scheme.

This role comes with a private flat and no bills along with 3 meals a day.Do not be detered if you have never been a General manager and a Head Chef, aslong as you have some experience in kitchen and operations we can work with you to build you into leaders.The Role • Responsible for the daily operations and performance of the pub.• Supervise, motivate & develop staff• The focus will be on team training and development, maintaining excellent service standards while driving the business forward and maximizing growth.

The Person OR Couple• At least 2 years’ experience as a Pub General Manager or similar environment.• Understanding of simple good pub food OR if a couple, the ability to run and manage a busy kitchen.
