Healthcare Improvement Consultant - Radiology

Are you an experienced NHS departmental leader or a senior manager in radiology, cardiology, operating theatres etc with a real understanding of NHS transformation and improvement needs looking for a fresh challenge? Are you keen to bring all you understanding of the current issues in the NHS and combine it with the services this global company can offer to improve NHS services? If yes then this Healthcare Consultant could be just the role for you.
Responsible for working closely with clinicans and managers in radiology in hospitals across the UK and Ireland you will liaise with sales and marketing to position the company as the partner of choice for consulting services.
You will need an in depth understanding of operational management in the NHS, the issues and culture and the ability to build strong relationships with senior NHS management.

You will have relevant clinical or business qualifications, a good understanding of NHS workflows and clinical practice and processes and proven, positive change management expertise.

Expertise in LEAN methodology would be great.
This is a home based position with travel across the UK and Ireland for client visits and meetings.
