Store Manager Designate

Our client, a growing fast paced Retail Brand is looking to hire a Store Manager Designate in Gateshead Metro Centre and to cover other stores in the region.This role is specifically designed to ensure that our client has a succession plan and is developing future Store Managers for their business as you will get the opportunity to manage other stores within the region on a planned and ad hoc basis to cover Store Manager holidays etc.

Stores will include: Sunderland, Newcastle, Killingworth, Gateshead, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough and additional stores considered to be within a reasonable commuting distance. It is therefore essential that you can travel within a defined geographical area.This is a really exciting opportunity for anyone wanting to expand their management experience as you will be required to oversee all aspects of the store operation including the teams you are responsible for. The Candidate:As well as having experience of successfully managing in a fast paced high volume retail setting you will be confident in driving sales set against key performance indicators and developing a strong customer base through the delivery of effective customer service and engagement of your team.
