Recruitment Officer - Luxury 5* Hotel in LondonSalary:                 Up to £34,000 + Service ChargeLocation:             LondonMy client is on the lookout for a Recruitment Officer, someone very proactive, organized, a face of a business.

The Recruitment Officer will help lead, attract, and retain the very best talent.

You’ll need to be a strong, experienced recruiter with an understanding of the hotel or luxury retail industry.Your role will be to shape and deliver the organisations strategy through the attraction and recruitment of talented individuals, through direct sourcing and operating alongside hiring managers.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Management of the recruitment process across the hotelResponsible for the recruitment strategy for the frontline workforce (casual and frontline employees), from attraction, selection to on-boarding with the hiring managersMonitor the recruitment requirements for the business and work with the Operations team to ensure these are effectively planned and communicatedIdentify future training needs of the frontline workforce, in line with the evolving needs the businessContinuously develop best practice and procedure within the department to drive operational efficiency and performance
REQUEIREMENTS:
Demonstrative experience in a similar roleTrack record of building successful and positive relationships with all levels of a management teamKnowledge of the hotels sector would be essentialProficient IT skills - in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint & OutlookStrong commercial acumenArticulate and the ability to communicate with clients, managers and staff at all levels
