A Local Authority is looking for a Service Manager for their Duty & Assessment service in Northamptonshire.
This is a full-time, and permanent position with some hybrid working.
The ideal Manager will have Significant Duty & Assessment/Safeguarding experience ideally within the statutory sector.

Duties and Responsibilities for you as the Service Manager:
Working with the Signs of Safety approach
Reporting to the Head of Service
Requirements for you as the Service Manager:
A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/Diploma)
Registered with Social Work England
Significant Management experience
Significant experience within Duty & Assessment/Safeguarding/First Response
An excellent working knowledge and understanding of the current legislation and frameworks relevant to Children Social Care
Salary Scale: £53,609 - £65,492 + benefits
