Senior/Sales Negotiator

Dove & Hawk have partnered with a property firm based in Battersea who deal with both Residential and Commercial property sales as well a auctions.

They are looking to add to the already successful team by bringing in someone with a minimum of 2 years' experience in either the Residential or Commercial markets.

This role will suit an experienced Sales Negotiator / Manager looking to work with the middle to upper end of the property market.

It will involve selling a diverse range of assets from across the UK by way of online auction; the successful applicant will handle land, commercial and residential sales.In order for your application to be succesful you will need:

Experience arranging, attending and conducting property viewings.
A proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing a high volume of deals.
To be able to demonstrate your knowledge of the full property sales progression process
Extensive knowledge of the full sales process from valuation to completion.
A minimum of 2 years' experience within the property sales market (Residential or Commercial)
To be able to demonstrate your experience in assisting with the Marketing and Management of assets for sale.
A full UK Driving License

Salary Budgets: £30-35,000 Basic Salary, £70,000+ OTERequired working hours: 9am-6pm Monday to Friday, 1 Saturday per month 10am-3pmIf you are looking for a varied role with very high earning potential within the SW London property market, then apply immediately, remembering to quote vacancy reference: 9983.
