Fleet Training & Quality Manager – Fort Lauderdale, FL – Up to $100k + Benefits

We’re working with an ultra-luxury yacht that’s looking for a Fleet Training and Quality Manager to join its highly regarded team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who’s passionate about ensuring top-tier service standards and loves travel. This position involves heavy travel, as well as work in head offices.

Responsibilities:

Lead engaging, brand-aligned training programs for shipboard teams, covering onboarding, compliance, and guest service. Provide coaching to reinforce learning.Adapt global training content to suit shipboard roles and cultural needs. Work with shoreside teams to ensure alignment with company goals.Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and metrics. Identify and address training needs for continuous improvement.Ensure all training meets legal and brand standards. Maintain training records and support vendor/contract training efforts.

What they are looking for:

Proven experience in training, learning, and development, preferably within luxury hospitality or cruise environments.Shipboard experience is highly desirable.Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams.Experience working in diverse, multi-cultural environments
