Our client, a renowned nursery offering a nurturing environment for children is looking for a Nursery Practitioner to join their team.

Youll play a vital role in creating a stimulating learning environment, working with caring and experienced staff to deliver high-quality childcare and education.

Responsibilities:

? Provide excellent care and education for all children attending the nursery.
? Adhere to company policies, including health and safety guidelines.
? Maintain high standards to meet Early Years Foundation Stage requirements.
? Act as a key person, ensuring accurate planning and assessment.
? Foster a positive and inclusive environment for equal access and safety.
? Collaborate with colleagues, attend meetings, and undergo necessary training.


Requirements:

? Previous experience in a similar role
? Minimum full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
? Paediatric First Aid and Basic Safeguarding certifications.
? Comprehensive knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
? Familiarity with the current Early Years Inspection Framework.
? Thorough understanding of child safeguarding and welfare.
? Proficiency in health, safety, and practical hygiene matters.
