EP is also a well-respected manufacturer of sport climbing walls and is the competition climbing wall provider to the IFSC and Olympic games, Paris 2024.
As part of the Abeo group of sports equipment-related companies, EP has a long history of innovative design, manufacturing and installation of significant projects in the active entertainment and climbing wall markets.
Based in Kelbrook, Lancashire, on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales and close to main transport networks.

About the role
We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead our Active Entertainment brands, drive expansion and reach, taking our stories global!

The Role
• Managing a small, skilled and motivated team• Responsible for the Brand/Marketing strategy and execution.• Brand monitoring and management• Monitoring and reporting on KPIs• Take responsibility for event management• Targeted sales lead generation• CRM database management and applications.• Manage and update Website and digital assets• Work with the graphic team to create brochures and sales material• Advertising campaigns.• Email campaigns.• Press releases.• Managing relationships with industry organisations.• Other duties, as assigned.
Requirements of the Role:
• Experience in B2B and B2C marketing leadership.• Team leadership• Brand management and strategy- practical knowledge and demonstrable experience.• Degree or equivalent qualification in marketing or another related subject.• Expertise with CRM systems for managing ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and social media.• Ability to work closely with in-house team, subcontractors and agencies.• Excellent English grammar and spelling, essential for editing and proofreading copy.• Strong project management and execution with high-level attention to detail.• Experience in international business would be advantageous.• Experience with Franchises would be beneficial.

Schedule:
