Get Recruited are proud to be supporting an industry leading business, who due to continued growth and expansion are looking for a Trainee Receptionist/Administrator to join their team and support the smooth running of the business.
The Trainee Administrator Role:
Handling incoming calls, taking messages, and transferring calls
Dealing with customer queries and logging calls
Providing excellent customer service to visitors
Booking clients in and communicating with relevant colleague
Ensuring rooms are prepared for meetings and manage the room booking system
Ordering stationary and conducting stock checks
Handle incoming and outgoing post
Scanning, photocopying and faxing
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Knowledge of Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
