Salary: £55,000 - £68,000 + Excellent Benefits

The Client:

Our client, an award-winning accountancy practice, is seeking an experienced Audit & Accounts Manager to join their team.

Role & Responsibilities:

? Provide accounting, auditing, and taxation services with autonomy.
? Allocate work, coach, and support the teams development.
? Maintain client relationships and recommend policy and efficiency improvements.

Requirements:

? Minimum 3 years post-qualified experience in a similar role.
? Staff management experience, training and developing junior staff.
? Experience in ISA-compliant statutory audits, accounting assignments, and corporation tax computations.
? ACCA or ICAEW qualification with a strong academic background.
? Awareness of OMB taxation, group/consolidated accounts, and IFRS (desirable).
