Location: Mid and East Ross area

Salary: Starting from £25k per annum (DOE) + Excellent Benefits

Our client is an expanding home care services provider, delivering a full range of regulated home care services under NHS Highland.

They are seeking a Senior Service Leader to join their team.

This position serves as an ideal step from direct care delivery to a management role.

Duties:

? Assist the Team Manager in providing quality care in the designated area
? Deliver personal/homecare services to clients
? Conduct quality control checks and client reviews
? Mentor and train new staff


Requirements:

? Minimum of 2 years of care-at-home experience
? N/SVQ Level 2 in Care
? Genuine interest and experience working with the relevant client group
? Team player with willingness for vocational training
? Satisfactory Police Check and POVA List clearance (where applicable)


Desirable:

? N/SVQ Level 3 in Care
? Previous supervisory experience
? Experience or qualification in the Safe Handling of Medicines
