I'm currently supporting a brand new contemporary Mediterranean restaurant, which will be opening in Q4 of this year.The cuisine will draw inspiration from the rich culinary traditions of Mediterranean & Middle Eastern regions and the dining experience will feature a mix of large plates and tapas-style dishes - with their aim being to present a menu which celebrates bold flavours, inventive cooking techniques and an inviting atmosphere.The role will report directly into the Chef Patron, and you will essentially be tasked with managing daily kitchen activities.Ideally you'll have a creative flair, be knowledgeable of current restaurant trends and techniques and preferably be classically trained.Experience working with high quality seasonal produce and being comfortable with a menu that changes frequently is a bonus.
