Book/rebook appointments and manage the engineer and owners diaries
Confirm appointments and provide relevant information to customers
Track all new enquiries and ensure quick follow up
Design new solar proposals using 3D Software (training provided)
Order from suppliers for upcoming jobs
Sorting incoming posts
Scanning and filing, and photocopying
Responsible for a range of document templates from contracts, connection applications, owner user manuals, quotes and invoicing and certification
Managing engineers in the field, ensuring required evidence of high quality installations are forwarded on before leaving the job
Training Outcome:
Lead to a permenant position.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm.
