Job Title: Operations Director, London – QSRSalary: £80,000 / £100,000 Location: London I am currently working with a very well-known branded grab & go business that have decided to shake things up and bring in an operations Director.

With 15 sites currently in the UK, these guys have strong presence abroad.

With fresh, flavoursome food being at the core of what these guys do we are looking for an experienced leader to take these guys to the next stage in their UK growth.The Operations Director:
Currently in a director / head of operations role in a fast past café, fast food, grab and go restaurant business.Proven experience in a senior leadership, supporting a midsize business scale up and expand.

 Career wide experience in hospitality, with excellent knowledge of structured quick service, café brands.Extensive Openings experience and some knowledge of working with investors.Strong systems and process knowledge as well as great food knowledgeMentor and guide your team, building a collaborative and supportive workplace.An individual who can see a vision and commit to something long term, leading autonomously while working closing with the founder to deliver their vision.
