Skills and Experience of a General Manager:
Responsible for the management of the production kitchen maintaining our very high standards.Responsible for daily production (safety, perfect product consistency, respect of timings)Effective management of staff in relation to hiring, training, efficiency, and retentionControl production costs relating to labour & produce in line with targets.-Manage stock levels and product ordering based on forecasts-Reduce waste and loss of produce-Financial planning based on food & Labour cost controls-Quarterly reviews of supplier costs leading to supplier tender when required-Compile weekly paperwork and action as needed based on KPIs
