Metal fabricator (level 3) apprentice

About the Role:

As a Metal Fabricator Apprentice, you’ll work alongside skilled professionals to learn and apply a variety of fabrication techniques. You’ll be trained to read technical drawings, operate machinery, and carry out tasks such as cutting, welding, forming, and assembling metal components to high industry standards.

Key responsibilities include:

Assisting in the fabrication of bespoke metal structures and components Reading and interpreting engineering drawings Operating tools and machinery safely and efficiently Learning MIG/TIG welding and other joining techniques Maintaining a clean and safe working environment'

Training:

Weekly one day training at college.



Training Outcome:

Permanent position with the company.
