We are looking for a talented Office Administrator to work for our client Manchester
If that's you then you could be exactly what they're looking for.
The standard hours for this role are 16-24 hours per week, these can be Monday 7hrs Tuesday 7Hrs definitely required – start time before 09:00 to be agreed.
The Role:
As the Office Administrator you will be inputting staff timesheets on the Vixen programme (training will be given)
You will be tasked with:
Inputting Sub contractor timesheets with purchase orders and sending to relevant Agency and Purchase Ledger.
Placing Orders on sub-contractors and suppliers
General office duties include raising invoices, purchase orders and answering the office phone.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Office Administrator role will require own transport to Office at Trafford Park.
You will also need:
Computer literate.
Basic Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office.
Flexibility to cover extra hours due to holidays.
