Salary: Up to £50k (DOE) + Excellent Benefits

Our client is a reputable family-run firm of solicitors offering a comprehensive range of legal services and have a highly experienced team of specialist solicitors.

The Role:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Conveyancing Lawyer with at least 3 years PQE to join our clients dynamic team.

As part of the property department, you will handle all aspects of residential conveyancing, managing a high-volume caseload of varied property transactions without supervision.

Responsibilities:

? Undertake fee earning work in the property department.
? Administer all aspects of conveyancing work on behalf of clients and the firm.
? Prioritise work to effectively manage your caseload.
? Utilise IT tools, including SharePoint and Quill pinpoint (training provided).
? Build strong relationships with third parties, such as estate agents and mortgage advisers.
? Collaborate as part of a proactive and friendly team.


Requirements:

? Previous experience in a similar role
? Experience managing a high-volume caseload of varied residential property transactions independently.
? Proficiency in IT and software, including SharePoint and Quill pinpoint.
? Strong relationship-building skills with third parties.
? Positive, hardworking, and team-oriented approach.
