Location: Preston, Lancashire (Office Based)

Salary: £22,500, with an increase to £24k upon passing MDP, and further rising to £26k after 12 months of passing MDP.

Our client is a leading provider of business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions, known for delivering successful outcomes for their clients.

They are seeking an Operations Team Leader to lead and manage a team of Representatives, driving performance, productivity, and customer resolution.



Requirements:

? At least 2 years of experience in a team leader/junior management role.
? Proficient in personnel management and coaching techniques.
? Strong product knowledge in the relevant domain.
? Excellent written and oral communication skills.
? Demonstrated ability to uphold the highest level of confidentiality.


Schedule:

? 4-day work week.
? 12:00PM - 20:30PM
? 14:00PM - 22:30PM
