Apprentice Gas Engineer (plumbing and heating) - Kirkby in Ashfield

You will be based on a new build site in Kirkby-in-Ashfield but may be required to work in sites in Clipstone and Sutton in Ashfield from time to time.

Full training will be given in all elements of the role.

Your role will include
* 1st Fix
* 2nd Fix
* Final Fix Plumbing and Heating.
* Externals including gutters and downpipes.
* Further sites will also include Air Source Heating Systems.

There will also be maintenance and servicing elements of plumbing and heating within this role.

Training:
This programme is delivered via a day release delivery model which means that one day per week, your attendance is required at our Construction Campus (NG17). This attendance is required during term time only You will work with expert assessors and tutors to develop new knowledge, skills and behaviours within the profession You will experience a blended learning model

Training Outcome:
Upon completion of your apprenticeship you will continue learning to ensure you have the most upto date knowledge and skills, this will include air-source training and renewable

Employer Description:
Myers Plumbing & Heating are a well established company based in Sheffield who focus on new builds in Mansfield and the surrounding areas. Due to a long term new build site commitment in Kirkby in Ashfield, they are now in a position to support an apprentice through their Gas Engineering Apprenticeship. Please note: You will not have to travel to Sheffield for this apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
Monday- Thursday 8am- 4pm Friday 8am- 3pm
