Pipe Fitting Apprentice
Installation, assembling, repairing and maintaining of stainless-steel hydraulic piping systems
Experience working with Swagelok pipework and associated fittings
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics
Measuring, cutting, threading and bending pipes to required shapes using hand and power tools or machines
Monitoring the quality of pipes and other materials to avoid errors and ensure specifications are met
Maintaining accurate records of pipe dimensions, materials and other procedures
Updating maintenance and installation records upon completion of tasks
Comply with all relevant and appropriate safety guidelines
Close collaboration with other departments including Engineers, workshop technicians and quality
Training:
Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering
End Point Assessment
Training Outcome:
A permanent position may be available following successful completion of the apprenticeship.

Monday - Thursday, 6.30am - 3pm Friday 6.30am - 12noon
