IT Apprenticeship
Respond to user queries and issues via phone, email, or in-person
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems
Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware and software
Monitor system performance and report any issues.
Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT systems.
Provide support for software updates and patches
Test and troubleshoot software applications
Assist in monitoring and responding to security incidents
Conduct regular audits of data security practices.
Training:
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Training Outcome:
Possible progression upon completion of the apprenticeship

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday between 8:00am till 5:00pm.
