Manufacturing Apprentice - Level 3

Get Hands-On: Machine apprentice test pieces and operate CNC Lathes, Mills, and grinders Problem-Solve: Inspect, troubleshoot, and ensure worldclass product quality Innovate: Develop engineering processes and design, test, and create tooling Lead: Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement

Training:

In the first year, you will work full-time at BEMA Ltd to acquire essential skills and knowledge. In the second year, you will attend college on a day-release basis while continuing to enhance your competencies within the company until you achieve your Level 3 Machinist Technician qualification.

Training Outcome:

The successful candidate should also have a desire to learn about other aspects of the business.

Working Hours :
8:30am - 4pm, in the first year. Days TBC.
