Our client is a leading provider of business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions, known for delivering successful outcomes for their clients.
They are seeking a highly motivated Credit Control Manager to oversee the Credit Control function and lead a team of Credit Controllers.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the Credit Control function.
* Supervise a team of Credit Controllers.
* Manage 3,500 accounts across 5 trading companies.
* Efficiently resolve invoice queries with excellent problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Experience in managing a large team.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Experience with accounting software like Sage 50 and Sage 200 (beneficial).
* Experience with MSC RM Rental Management Software (ideal but not essential).
