Marketing Apprentice – Level 6 Marketing Apprenticeship (Degree-Equivalent)

Support the creation of promotional marketing materials – from aligning with business needs and reviewing concepts, to agency briefing, approvals/certification, and training/roll-out. Work cross-functionally to ensure all materials and assets are delivered on time, to a high standard. Collaborate with the Omnichannel Lead to tailor marketing content to customer preferences and insights. Assist in planning and executing training rollouts, including content creation, approval, and delivery. Lead and contribute to project management tasks including stakeholder coordination, tracking, reviews, and reporting. Responsibilities and activities will evolve over time as the needs of the business changes and as the apprentice evolves their learning.

Training Outcome:
Progress to Marketing Specialist or Coordinator roles with increased project responsibility. Advance to senior positions like Marketing Manager or Brand Manager in pharma. Expand into related areas such as digital marketing or product management within Sanofi or healthcare.

Working Hours :
Full-time weekly schedule with one full-day or two half-day seminars to attend each month.
