Apprentice Dental Nurse

Assisting the dentist in all aspects of dental care for NHS. Private and cosmetic dental work Infection control Carrying out administration and reception work Must comply with GDC, NHS and practice policies

Training:

Level 3 Dental Nurse (integrated) apprenticeship standard including:

Level 3 Extended Diploma in Dental Nursing Skills, knowledge and behaviours End Point Assessment

Training Outcome:

Dental nurses have the opportunity to advance with additional qualifications such as dental radiography, or progression through additional training to Dental Therapist or Practice manager. The apprentice position may be offered as a permanent position to the right candidate.

Working Hours :
Monday to Thursday 9.10am - 5.20pm, Friday 9.10am - 4.00pm
