Compliance Apprentice (PIB)

In this role, you’ll help spot and understand any problems or risks that could affect how our company follows the rules. You’ll get involved in lots of different tasks, including:

Looking at different parts of the business to see where we can do better Helping put together reports for the team Using digital tools to keep everything organised Doing research to help us follow the rules Working on projects about risk and compliance Answering questions and helping with information requests Talking to other teams and outside companies when needed

You’ll work with lots of different people and get to see how a big business runs. This job is interesting and will give you lots of experience. While you work, you’ll study for a Level 3 Compliance and Risk Officer Apprenticeship which takes about 18 months. We’ll give you time to study and help you use what you learn in your job. When you finish, you’ll have great qualifications and lots of chances to keep learning and growing with us.
