Accounts / Finance Apprentice

As a key member of our team, you will be introduced to the insurance industry and receive full training to help you develop a deep understanding of the sector. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, has a proactive attitude, and demonstrates a keen interest in expanding their knowledge of the industry.

About You:

Able to assist with financial statement preparation Interested in producing management accounts (cash flow, P&L, balance sheet) Comfortable working with budgets and revenue forecasts Willing to learn FCA compliance and reporting requirements Organised and accurate in reconciling insurer statements and premiums Aware of the importance of cash flow and liquidity management Eager to gain experience with VAT returns, payroll taxes, and corporation tax

Training:

Accounts or Finance Assistant Level 2.

Training Outcome:

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you may have the opportunity to progress into a full-time role within the business.

Hours: 9:30am - 5:30pm (Monday - Friday)
