Apprentice IT Support Technician

Provide first-line technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues Set up and configure IT equipment including PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks Assist with user account creation, password resets, and basic user administration Log support tickets and update them in the helpdesk system Support the rollout of new applications and system Escalate complex issues to senior technicians as needed Follow IT policies and procedures to ensure security and compliance

Training:
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying

Training Outcome:
The role offers long term security and the opportunity to progress into a permanent position
