Compliance Officer Apprenticeship - Newcastle

This role involves working with Babington to ensure regulatory adherence, conduct audits, and support risk management processes. Key outcomes include maintaining compliance standards and assisting in internal controls. Collaboration with legal, finance, and operational teams is essential for success.

Your role will include; 

Monitoring Compliance: You’ll assist in tracking and ensuring that all internal policies and procedures comply with current regulations. Documentation: Help prepare and review compliance reports, audit logs, and internal control documentation. Risk Assessments: Participate in conducting risk assessments and maintaining records of findings. Team Collaboration: Work closely with legal, finance, and operational teams to address compliance-related queries and support ongoing audits. Adapting to Regulatory Changes: Continuously monitor and adapt to changes in regulations.

On completion of this 18 month apprenticeship you will have gained yourRegulatory Compliance Officer (RCO) Level 4 Apprenticeship.

Training Outcome:

Possibility of a full time role after the completion of the apprenticeship.
