Multi-skilled Engineering Apprentice

Working alongside experienced and qualified staff you will work under supervision towards being multi skilled and be responsible for a wide range of tasks Be reactive, fault diagnosis, carry out repairs/ breakdown conduct servicing. Monitor and interpret data to support efficiencies

Training:
1st yr block release 20 weeks at NWTC, L5 9RJ 2nd /3rd yr a mixture of shorter blocks 10 weeks most of your time will be spent at the employer being trained and assessed in your workplace The company and our Technical Training Assessor will support your time of learning offering guidance throughout. We monitor your Apprenticeship to ensure you achieve mandatory requirements core skills knowledge and occupational behaviours in preparation for your end point assessment

Training Outcome:
At the end of the apprenticeship, candidates will be suitably trained and continue their employment in a suitable role where available Potential continuation of education and academic studies i.e. HNC Continued professional development Further in-house and external training and development available

Working Hours :
Monday- Friday 39 hours per week Hours are subject to change throughout both the duration of your apprenticeship and once you have completed. Hours may include fixed hours/ shifts/ eve/ weekends.
